David Oyedepo Jnr. says
David Oyedepo Jr. (son of Bishop David Oyedepo) has explained that grace demands work for it to have full expression in the life of the believer.
While acknowledging that such statement may be sacrilegious because it is believed that grace has ingenting to do with works, he said, in Ephesians 2v8-10 that Paul stated that God created us for good works.
The scripture reads, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”
He explained that the later part of that scriptures makes us to know that “we are here to execute certain tasks. It requires work for grace to fully be expressed.”

Oyedepo's son leaves Living Faith Church to start his own ministry
Pastor Isaac Oyedepo, the second son of the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, aka Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, has resigned from his position as national youth pastor of the Youth Alive Fellowship (YAF), the youth arm of the church.
This was disclosed by Church Gist, a platform owned by Pastor Leke Beecroft, one of the pastoral assistants at the church’s headquarters in Ota.
Just last month, September 2023, Isaac was announced as the national youth pastor of YAF, taking over from Pastor David Nwabueze who was transferred to Nasarawa State.
Isaac is said to be planning to begin a new ministry independent of the Living Faith Church.
He was ordained as a Living Faith Church pastor by American preacher Kenneth Copeland in May 2007.
