Rios received world-wide recognition with her 4th studio album, "Aire" featuring the hit single "Aire". The song featured a duett with Mexican icon singer-songwriter Joan Sebastian. The skiva gained Rios nominations at the Latin Grammys for "Best New Artist" and "Best kvinna Pop Vocal Album" as well as nominations at the Latin Billboard Music Awards for "Hot Latin Song of the Year"- Vocal Event for her duet with Joan Sebastian and "Regional Mexican Airplay Song of the Year"- Female Category.
