    On the surface, former Bollywood actress and model Somy Ali’s life is like that of a fairy tale. Like many South Asian teenage girls, at age fifteen she dreamt she was going to leave her Florida home for India to be with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Unlike other teenage girls, however, she did end up dating Khan and became famous.

    Yet, when one probes deeper into this dream-like story, a nightmare emerges.

    Somy Ali made several shocking revelations about her ex-boyfriend, superstar Salman Khan, and his ongoing feud with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.     Somy Ali dated Salman Khan in the early 90s and has expressed support for him after he received death threats.

    Somy Ali currently works towards raising awareness about human trafficking and domestic violence ever since she bid adieu to her Bollywood career. She was previously in a relationship with Salman Khan, and has acted in a few popular Hindi films during the 90s.
