Will Fraser is a proven strategic leader, administrator, and communicator. He is a highly decorated retired General of the United States Air Force and landed at the pinnacle of the United States Military as one of nine Combatant Commanders.
During 40 years of service, he held a variety of demanding command and staff positions. He has led large-scale, diverse, global organizations where he earned a reputation as a motivational leader, strategic thinker and change agent who delivered solutions to the most complex challenges.

Fraser entered the U.S. Air Force in as a distinguished graduate of the Texas A&M University AFROTC schema. His operational assignments include duty as a T Instructor Pilot and evaluator; B Stratofortress Aircraft Commander, Instructor and evaluator; and Deputy Commander of a B-1 Lancer operations group.
He was the first Commander of the th Operations Group, then served as the Vice Wing Commander for the th Bomb Wing at Whiteman AFB, MO. He commanded the 28th Bomb Wing at Ellsworth AFB, SD, and 2nd Bomb Wing at Barksdale AFB, LA. His personal duties include tours on the Air Staff, Joint Staff and Joint Strategic Target Planning Staff at Offutt AFB, NE.
